SEPTA Wash Train @ Elwyn

When the leaves start to fall SEPTA brings out their “Wash Train” which sprays a Gel onto the Rails to help wash away leaves and oil. This is done to help prevent the Rails from becoming slick and causing trains to take longer to stop and start. Here they are sitting at Elwyn with a now retired AEM-7 which is no longer in service anymore.
